Part 1: ‘Long Range Audio Device’

Designed and built by the American technology Corporation in 2005 and originally designed as a ship to ship hailing device to protect US naval shipping, LRAD is now used by the Illegal American occupation forces in Iraq as an assault weapon, by the US government on their own people as part of their ‘non lethal’ arsenal for crowd control and more recently by the (US sponsored) Georgian state to repress internal dissent.
LRAD emits a high pitched warning tone “similar to a fire alarm” or a series of ‘verbal challenges’ (translatable through an inbuilt ‘phrase-olator’ or online via TCP/IP connection “immediately retrieve thousands of messages recorded by the Defense Language Institute”) over a maximum effective land distance of 300metres at a volume of120-150db(1.). Used at medium range and beyond the manufactures specified duration the device is capable of delivering sounds well beyond the human pain theshold (120 – 140 dB); at a distance of 90m the LRAD will cause intense pain and permanent hearing loss(2.)

The LRAD is basically a series of in-phase speakers (not a infra-sound generator as commonly supposed). The phasing of the sound (combined amplitude giving louder sound) gives the device the ability to project high frequency sounds over a long distance at high volume.To focus the sound the LRAD uses a set of out of phase speakers around the perimeter of the device to phase-cancel the sound giving a directional arc of 30 degrees. Fifteen degrees outside the beam, the volume drops about 20 dB which although still loud means that the operator can focus the LRAD to a specific target without being themselves affected.

How do you stop someone from using this device on you. I have this situation and don’t know what to do. I haven’t been able to locate the transmission area and really need to know how. A quick response will be more than welcomed.
Someone is using this or something similar to this on me. How can I prevent this? They, he/she has stalked me for over a year. Is it legal to use a device like this or similar to this one on another individual? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening?
My name is Darren M. and I believe I am being targeted with concentrated infrasonic sound waves while I attempt to sleep at night. I believe I am being targeted for D.E.W. (directed energy weapon) experimentation/harassment purposes by an entity within the U.S. government employing private contractors to carry out this experimentation/harassment.
I am awakened many times throughout my sleep periods to a feeling of vibrations traveling through my body in a straight line. The vibrations are focused in a narrow beam. It is impossible for me to stay asleep when I am targeted with these inaudible concentrated sound waves which increase my pulse rate as they travel through me. Different parts of my body are targeted at different times. When my head is targeted I will awake with moderate to severe headaches. I have also experienced head spins to the point that I had to lift my head up out of a lying down position to make them stop. When my chest area is targeted, I will awake with rapid or irregular heartbeats. In addition, I experience sleep deprivation on a nightly basis due to the repeated forced awakenings. The private contractors that target me hit me every 1-2 hours on average during the first part of my sleep period, and they increase the frequency of their targeting to every 15-30 minutes during the 2nd part of my sleep period. I fear that I will lose my job and become homeless due to the sleep deprivation that this experimentation/harassment has caused me. I also fear that my health will deteriorate.
I want to make sure that my story is told in the event this experimentation causes my premature death. I also want to make sure that potential future victims do not suffer the way I have from these silent sound wave weapons. I don’t believe anyone can help me because of my failed attempts to provide proof of this experimentation and the apparent disbelief and disinterest of the authorities in the U.S.

My name is Darren M. and I believe I am being targeted with concentrated infrasonic sound waves while I attempt to sleep. I believe I am being targeted for D.E.W. (directed energy weapon) experimentation/harassment purposes by an entity within the U.S. government employing private contractors to carry out this experimentation/harassment. I believe they are performing this experimentation in order to refine the use of these weapons for future undetected use on targets such as activists, journalists, and other people deemed as threats.

It is impossible for me to stay asleep when I am targeted with these inaudible concentrated sound waves which increase my pulse rate as they travel through me. I believe the infrasonic sound waves have a concussion effect on my brain tissue. I have also experienced head spins to the point that I had to lift my head up out of a lying down position to make them stop. When my chest area is targeted, I will awake with rapid or irregular heartbeats. From my personal observations, I believe a heart attack could be induced in a weakened individual (heart disease, etc) while he/she slept. In addition, I experience sleep deprivation on a daily basis due to the repeated forced awakenings. The private contractors that target me hit me every 1-2 hours on average during the first part of my sleep period, and they increase the frequency of their targeting to every 15-30 minutes during the 2nd part of my sleep period.
